What we offer
Everything You Need For Daily Living Support
Explore our full range of NDIS-registered supports, including complex behaviour, mental health, independent living, and more—always tailored to your goals, needs, and personal journey.

Complex Behaviour Support
Supporting individuals with complex behaviours requires more than training — it takes patience, consistency, and deep respect. Our team works closely with participants who may exhibit behaviours of concern due to intellectual disability, trauma, autism, or other conditions. We follow Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) frameworks, always aiming to understand the reasons behind behaviours, not just respond to them. Our staff are trained to de-escalate situations safely and respectfully, helping participants feel secure, understood, and in control. We also work in collaboration with behaviour support practitioners to ensure all supports are aligned with NDIS Behaviour Support requirements and any restrictive practices are managed in accordance with legislation.
What sets us apart? Our team builds strong, trusting relationships — because we know meaningful behaviour support is rooted in connection.

Mental Health Support
Living with a mental health condition can make daily life feel overwhelming, especially without the right support. We provide practical, flexible, and compassionate assistance to individuals with psychosocial disabilities, including those affected by depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, PTSD, anxiety, and more. Our support workers help participants manage routines, attend appointments, build coping skills, and stay connected with services and community. But more importantly, we create space for participants to be heard and supported without judgment.
We walk beside people in both the quiet and challenging moments — offering structure, stability, and emotional safety. Whether someone needs help getting back on track or staying there, we’re here to support long-term wellbeing and recovery.

Individual Support
We offer tailored one-on-one support to help participants with their daily routines, personal care, mobility, cooking, cleaning, medication reminders, and more. But our focus goes beyond just helping — it’s about empowering. Our staff take the time to understand each person’s preferred routines, communication style, and goals. Whether someone needs a bit of assistance each day or full-time individualised care, we provide it with respect, consistency, and kindness.
We don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. Our goal is to support people in building confidence, independence, and dignity in their everyday life — on their terms.

24-Hour Accommodation Support
For participants in Supported Independent Living (SIL), Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA), or other 24/7 care settings, we provide comprehensive round-the-clock support.
Our services include:
- Active overnight or sleepover shifts
- Personal care
- Medication and health monitoring
- Assistance with household tasks
- Meal preparation
- Skill development and community access
We work to create a safe, homely, and empowering environment where each person feels comfortable, respected, and supported to make their own choices. What makes our 24-hour care different? We focus on continuity of care — assigning consistent support workers who truly know the participant, helping build trust and routine in their living environment.

Community Participation
Everyone has the right to be part of their community — to feel included, connected, and active. We support individuals to access their local area, take part in activities they enjoy, and pursue personal interests that build confidence and connection.
This could include:
- Going to the gym or swimming
- Attending classes or social groups
- Shopping or errands
- Cultural or religious events
- Volunteering or work preparation
Our support workers are not just task-focused — they’re companions, motivators, and advocates. We take pride in helping people discover what lights them up and find their place in the community. It’s not just about getting out — it’s about feeling like you belong.

Respite Care
Caring for someone full-time can be deeply rewarding — but also physically and emotionally draining. We offer high-quality respite care that gives families and carers the break they need, with full confidence their loved one is in capable, caring hands. We provide both in-home and short-term accommodation-based respite, tailored to the individual’s preferences and needs. Our goal is to keep routines consistent and the experience enjoyable — not just a gap in care, but a meaningful and positive experience for the participant.
Our respite care gives families peace of mind, and participants a safe, welcoming environment where they feel respected, supported, and at ease.
